Ticket Refund & TRANSFER Policy
All ticket sales are considered final unless otherwise stated.
Refunds
Event Cancellation
In the unfortunate event that the gala is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances, ticket holders will be offered a full refund for the price of their tickets.
Event Postponement
If the gala is postponed, tickets will be honored for the rescheduled date. Attendees who cannot attend the rescheduled event may be eligible for a refund or can choose to transfer their ticket to another person.
Medical Emergency or Other Unforeseen Circumstances
Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for medical emergencies or other unforeseen circumstances. Requests must be submitted in writing to info@unidosnow.org with supporting documentation (e.g., doctor's note).
Refund Request Deadline
Any refund requests, if applicable, must be submitted in writing to info@unidosnow.org by Sept. 15, 2025, to be considered, except in the case of a medical emergency or other unforeseen circumstances, for which the deadline is Nov. 30, 2025.
Ticket Transfers
Ticket Holder Changes
If a ticket holder is unable to attend the gala, they may transfer their ticket to another person by notifying info@unidosnow.org and providing the new attendee's details by Sept. 15, 2025.
